All generated text is heavily edited, fact-checked, and finalized by compliance experts to ensure total accuracy and alignment with framework standards.
- Media & Training Delivery: To make our training engaging and accessible, we utilize specialized media tools to create high-fidelity, lip-synced AI avatars for our video training modules. The scripts these avatars speak are entirely authored and vetted by our human team.
Strict Data Boundaries & Privacy
Readiness IQ users can be confident that our use of AI does not introduce supply-chain data risks:
- No Automated Processing of Customer Data: Readiness IQ does not feed customer data, user logs, or company-specific compliance evidence into any AI models.
- No Model Training on Your Data: Your data is never used to train public, private, or third-party large language models (LLMs).
- Vendor Vet & Security Alignment: Every AI utility or platform used by our team is treated as a third-party vendor and subjected to our standard vendor risk management evaluations to ensure they maintain strict data privacy and security controls.
Accountability and Content Ownership
- Intellectual Property Assurance: All training materials, compliance assets, and platform features delivered to our customers are fully owned by Readiness IQ (or licensed appropriately), giving you the unencumbered right to use them across your organization.
- Ultimate Responsibility: We do not defer accountability to algorithms. If it is on our platform, we stand behind it. Readiness IQ assumes full responsibility for the accuracy, security, and compliance integrity of all content and code within our application.
